alb_trombineAnne-Laure Bailly, MD PhD , is a physician, radiologist, and a scientist. She is a pioneer of clinical trials in medical technologies. For the last 20 years, she has shared her medical and technological vision to countless clinical, regulatory, marketing, and public health teams. She has worked both in the public and private health sectors, the social economy, the internet and the industry. She chairs several international standardization groups and has been an expert with the French medical safety Agency in the field of medical devices and connected Health for many years. She continues to teach University courses on Research and Innovation for healthcare professionals.

sb_trombineSandrine Bouché is a biologist, engineer, and biostatistician. She is a strategic player throughout the life of health products from the early stages of their development to their economic assessment and reimbursement, both in France and internationally. After over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Sanofi, Merck-Serono and Lipha, she spent several years in the High Authority for Health (HAS) as project manager in health technology assessment. Her double culture private / public and drugs / medical devices enables her to manage projects from the perspective of all stakeholders.


Anne-Laure Bailly  est médecin radiologue et docteur en Sciences. Elle est un des pionniers des études cliniques sur les technologies médicales. Depuis plus de 20 ans dans des postes de direction médicale, elle apporte sa vision médicale et technologique à des équipes de recherche clinique, réglementaires, marketing, et de santé publique. Elle a travaillé dans le secteur hospitalier public et privé, en médecine de ville, dans l’économie sociale, l’industrie et les TIC santé. Elle préside plusieurs groupes de normalisation internationale (CEN et ISO) et a été expert auprès de l’ANSM dans le domaine des risques liés aux dispositifs médicaux pendant de nombreuses années. Elle continue d’assurer des enseignements universitaires sur l’innovation et la recherche auprès des professionnels de santé.

Sandrine Bouché , est Ingénieur  biologiste et Biostatisticienne et spécialiste Market Access. Sandrine est un acteur stratégique tout au long de la vie des produits de santé, des premières étapes de leur développement jusqu’à leur évaluation économique et leur remboursement, aussi bien en France, qu’à l’international. Après plus de 20 ans dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, chez Sanofi, Merck-Serono et Lipha, elle a passé plusieurs années au sein de la Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS) en tant que chef de projet en évaluation des technologies médicales. Sa double culture privé – public et médicaments – dispositifs médicaux lui permet d’aborder les dossiers d’évaluation du point de vue de tous les intervenants.
